Music On The Move

We're Back!

As the world begins to slowly re awaken, it is time to remind our lovely club members of who we are and what we do.

We have struggled for the past three or four months, as we truly love what we do!

What we do; provide a free monthly mail-out  containing information and opinion from the world of car audio.

We are all told to expect a "new normal" however, there are a number of things that have not and probably will not change moving forward. We have set some of these out in list form below:

Standard fit car audio doesn't sound very good:

An aftermarket car audio specialist is best placed to advise you in making the right product choices:

Specialist aftermarket audio brands provide the best products to satisfy your needs:

Driving Sounds Magazine is the best place to read about driver's experiences of an aftermarket car audio upgrade:

New SR Hifi Amplifiers From Audison
We are delighted to be able to mark our return with the introduction of a new range of amplifiers from Audison.
These compact D-class amplifiers defy conventional wisdom by performing like classic old-style AB-class amplifiers from days gone by. They do this in a package with a small footprint making them easy to hide away and with power saving efficiency.

Top Five Driving Sounds
Each month we invite club members to submit five tunes they are currently listening to in their cars. The don't have to be all time faves, just music that is currently speeding you along your way. This month, we are sharing a top five of our own:

Home (Naive Melody) - Talking Heads Live
Tight and punchy in the low's, hypnotic and full mid range and quirky vocal.

Real Love - Lo Moon
Vocal style reminiscent of Talk Talk. Electronic foundation but with real instrumentation blending perfectly.

Speaking Of Ghost - POLICA/Stargaze
Another perfect blend of electronica and acoustic instruments. The latter provided by Stargaze, a Berlin-based experimental orchestra collective.

The Deconstruction - Eels
Simple and honest as always, Eeels music sounds like it has been created in a bedroom for an audience of one. Sounds very real.

Rebel Heart - First Aid Kit
Those Solderberg sisters just keep smashing it out the park! Keeping it simple and delivering pure talent!

Why not submit a Top Five of your own? Simply send your list (track title and artist) to our editor, and you're in the bag! A picture of you stood next to your car is always a good thing bu try no means compulsory!
We are still offering printed copies of the latest issue of Driving Sounds for an unbeatable £2.99 including postage and VAT to UK residents. Click the button to find out more!
